Every game nowadays has Zombies so why not Kaapelipeli: The Cable Game?
Zombies inhabit the Graveyard-levels with other undead enemies in late part of the game and are exclusive to those areas only. They respawn from graves and can be destroyed with all kinds of bullets. Shooting a Zombie with a drill causes a cartoonish mess.
Unlike normal landowners, zombies don't award letters or any other bonuses.
